Recently, Realogistics successfully delivered two large flare gas-liquid separators from Shenzhen to Bahrain in the Middle East. Involving a mix of multiple container types and urgent delivery requirements, this project comprehensively demonstrated Realogistics' robust capabilities in special equipment handling and resource allocation.

【Project Challenges】
On November 19th, Realogistics received an urgent booking from the client. After a professional assessment, this shipment faced three core challenges:
1. Dual Test of Cost and Transit Time: Securing the most cost-effective freight rate while ensuring the shortest possible transit time.
2. Scarcity of Special Container Space: Carriers capable of accommodating special equipment like Flat Racks are highly limited, and current shipping space was exceptionally tight.
3. Strict Documentation Requirements: The client required the special containers and general containers to be combined under a single Bill of Lading (B/L), significantly increasing operational complexity.

• Professional Handling & Safety Assurance: Tailoring to the specific loading requirements of the 40'FR, we assigned a seasoned team to execute high-standard cargo lashing and securing, ensuring the absolute safety of the oversized equipment during the long-haul sea voyage.
• Seamless Integration & Efficient Customs Clearance: With close internal coordination, we not only successfully completed customs declaration and release on the CY cut-off day but also flawlessly fulfilled the strict requirement of issuing a single B/L for the mixed container shipment.

• Nov. 19 | Received the urgent booking from the client
• Nov. 25 | Successfully secured the Shipping Order (S/O)
• Nov. 27 | Cargo received and warehoused
• Nov. 30 | Completed container stuffing, lashing, securing, and return of laden containers to the terminal
