Realogistics received a client's request to arrange the global shipment of gift pendants, which involved transportation requirements across multiple countries and channels. The goods were to be received in batches, and realogistics was responsible for pickup, ensuring delivery before the Xiaomi Fan Festival in April.

Type of Goods: Panda pendants and gift boxes

Transportation Area: Involving 49 countries

Outbound Data: A total of 1,430 pieces, 55,400 pendants

3. Transportation Challenges

Customs Clearance in South American Countries: Some countries require a double clearance channel, making customs clearance difficult and time-consuming.

Transportation Packaging: The goods are foam products, so special attention must be paid to avoid deformation.

Batch Outbound: Different countries have different channels, requiring delivery to different realogistics warehouses, resulting in inconsistent arrival times.

Express Channels: Clients need to be notified and assisted with customs clearance.

4. Operation Process

The process started with confirming the shipping channels, followed by organizing the pickup arrangements. The goods were extracted in batches; upon arrival of the initial batch, inventory checks and cargo tracking were conducted, and progress was reported to the client weekly. The second batch of goods was subsequently picked up, with particular attention given to secure palletization of products destined for the EU, along with customs clearance and delivery. Continuous tracking and reporting of all goods' progress ensured that all items were successfully delivered.
