①Carrier Selection and Booking Difficulties
Due to the limited number of carriers available for the destination port and the strict booking review process, Realogistics successfully coordinated with multiple parties to secure the necessary slots. The cargo departed from Qingdao Port and arrived at the destination port in 54 days.
②Land Transportation and Container Loading Challenges
The cargo required 23 vehicles to complete loading and transport to Qingdao Port within 7 days. Due to the length of the steel pipes and the complexity of the container loading process, slings were used to bundle 3-5 pipes together. The bundles were lifted and loaded into the containers with mechanical assistance and manual guidance. Finally, the containers were secured and sealed, departing on schedule.
