In October 2024, Realogistics International Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Realogistics") was entrusted by the Hong Kong agent of five major German clock manufacturers to handle the air transportation of handcrafted mantel clocks from a factory in Germany to Hong Kong. The assignment also included delivery, unpacking, and assembly services in Hong Kong.
1. Cargo Details:
Wooden box packaging (divided into left and right parts), 168 x 111 x 92 cm / 415kg

A villa located in a large residential estate in Tung Chung, Outlying Islands District
3. Operation Process:
①Upon the cargo's arrival at the terminal, the trucking team arranged for pickup and temporary storage in the warehouse until the scheduled delivery date.
②On the morning of October 17, the cargo was delivered to the site. The wooden boxes were unpacked outside the main entrance, and the components were carefully removed.
③The components were cautiously carried into the house.
④With the joint efforts of the delivery team and engineers dispatched by the client, the components were positioned, and the safe at the base and the main clock body were stacked together. The internal parts were then assembled.
⑤After assembly was completed, the wooden boxes were collected for recycling.
