Content: Air freight of VR headsets (including lithium batteries) to three designated Amazon warehouses in Japan, with all deliveries required by February 25.

Quantity: 7 pallets, 1.87 tons, 11.1 cubic meters

Addresses: Three locations in Japan, including Amazon warehouses

Key Challenges and Solutions:

The project faced challenges such as multiple delivery addresses, information confirmation, communication barriers, Amazon appointment scheduling, label errors, height restrictions at delivery addresses, and insurance procurement issues. To address these, Realogistics implemented several measures:

Ensured timely communication regarding order information.

Assisted with customs clearance and advanced tax payments.

Scheduled appointments with Amazon in advance.

Established a plan for piece-by-piece delivery and negotiated insurance options.
