The shipment contained both battery-operated items and chemical products, along with a wide variety of accessories, and the client had strict lead-time requirements. Additionally, during the document review stage, certain branded items were identified as posing a risk of customs detention due to missing official authorization.

1、Rapid Formulation of Hong Kong Routing Plan   Upon receiving the chemical and battery test reports, Realogistics immediately finalized the Hong Kong air export solution. Technical data sheets in both Chinese and English, along with product photos, were promptly submitted to the airline for safety approval to secure priority uplift and guarantee transit time.

2、Segregated Packaging for Sensitive Cargo & Document Pre-Clearance   To address the complexity of multiple accessory categories, Realogistics instructed the client in advance to pack sensitive items into separate cartons, facilitating smooth cross-border transit and inspection. Meanwhile, customs clearance documentation was forwarded to the customs broker for pre-review, ensuring end-to-end milestone visibility and tracking.

3、Proactive Brand Risk Assessment & Elimination of Detention Hazards   During document review, the operations team identified two types of branded goods on the manifest. Verification revealed that the client only held an agent authorization letter and could not provide official online brand authorization, which failed to meet standard export compliance requirements and posed a substantial risk of customs detention at the destination port.

Realogistics proactively advised the client of the risk and recommended removing these two branded items from the shipment for separate arrangement once full authorization documents were obtained. This eliminated detention risks at the source and ensured the smooth customs clearance and delivery of the remaining cargo.
