Recently, we have found that certain unlawful parties have been using the name, logo, company information and business details of “Realogistics Group” without authorization. They have published false information on online platforms, short-video platforms, social media groups and search engine advertisements, inducing members of the public to register accounts, top up funds, advance payments, transfer money or pay fees.
The fraudulent schemes reported to us mainly include:
- Impersonating Miravia, an e-commerce platform under Alibaba, while also misusing the name of “Realogistics Group”. The scammers induce users to participate in so-called “cross-border e-commerce operations”, “international orders” and “one-stop procurement and logistics” projects, and commit fraud through top-up rebates, advance-payment orders and withdrawal restrictions. These activities are not related to the genuine platform or to our company.
- Misusing the name of “Realogistics Group” to promote so-called “AI software training”, “artificial intelligence courses”, “video editing courses”, “check-in rewards” and “pickup subsidies”, inducing users to download unknown apps, join WeChat groups, pay fees or transfer money.
We hereby solemnly state as follows:
- Realogistics Group has never authorized any external individual, organization or online platform to conduct the above training courses, cross-border e-commerce operations, top-up rebates, advance-payment orders, check-in rewards, pickup subsidies or similar activities in our name.
- Any request made in the name of “Realogistics Group” for registration, top-up, advance payment, money transfer, fee payment, verification codes, identity documents or bank card binding is not part of our official business and carries a high risk of fraud.
- Our official information is released only through our official website, verified official accounts and contact channels formally published by the company. Please verify any non-official information through our official channels.
- We have reported and registered the relevant matters with the police authorities in Hong Kong, Beijing and Wuhan, and have submitted related information. We will continue to collect and preserve evidence, and will take appropriate actions, including reports, complaints and legal claims against relevant platforms, regulatory authorities and judicial bodies.
- As the direct financial losses in such cases are usually suffered by individual victims, anyone who has made transfers, topped up funds, advanced payments or encountered withdrawal restrictions should preserve all evidence and report the matter to the local police immediately, so that the authorities may handle the case in accordance with the law.
Important Reminder
Please do not trust any non-official information relating to “AI courses”, “video editing courses”, “cross-border e-commerce”, “international orders”, “top-up rebates”, “pickup subsidies”, “order commissions” or “withdrawal after completing orders”.
Do not download unknown apps. Do not transfer money to unfamiliar individuals or accounts. Do not disclose sensitive personal information, including ID numbers, home addresses, bank card details, passwords or verification codes.
If you discover any account, website, app, group chat, advertisement or payment information misusing our company name, please report it to us through our official channels. If you have suffered financial loss, please report the matter to the police immediately.
